At Wirex, we offer a Cryptoback™ rewards program that allows our users to earn WXT or other cryptocurrencies on their eligible transactions. However, there are some transactions that are not eligible for Cryptoback™ rewards. In this article, we will explain the types of transactions made using the Wirex card that are not eligible for Cryptoback™ rewards.
ATM withdrawals
ATM withdrawals made with your Wirex card are not eligible for Cryptoback™ rewards. This includes cash withdrawals from ATMs or over –the counter at banks or other financial institutions.
Cash advances
Cash advances made using your Wirex card are not eligible for Cryptoback™ rewards. This includes cash withdrawals at banks or other financial institutions or cash advance transactions.
Cryptocurrency purchases
If you use your Wirex card to purchase cryptocurrency, these transactions are not eligible for Cryptoback™ rewards. However, you will earn rewards on other eligible transactions made with your Wirex card.
Gambling transactions
Any transactions made at gambling establishments are not eligible for Cryptoback™ rewards. This includes transactions made at casinos, online gambling sites, or any other location where gambling takes place.
Refunded/cancelled transactions
Any transactions that are refunded for any reason are not eligible for Cryptoback™ rewards. This includes transactions that are cancelled, returned, or refunded.
