How to order a Wirex card

You can order a card only after your Wirex account has been successfully verified. To get a card, you will need to have a minimal amount of funds in at least one of your accounts.

If you don’t have enough funds in your account, you may be asked to top-up before ordering your card. The exact amount you need to have in your account will be displayed in the app. 

How to order a card in the Wirex web application

  1. On the Dashboard, click Order a card.
  2. If you don’t have a balance on any of your accounts yet, you may be asked to complete an initial top-up. The exact amount needed will be displayed in-app. 
  3. Confirm your delivery address. You edit it if you need to.
  4. Select your delivery method: Free standard delivery via Singpost or express delivery from DHL. This may not be available in all countries.
  5. Confirm your order. 

Congratulations! Your Wirex Visa card is on the way. Note: After you’ve ordered your first card, the “order card” button will change to “cards” on the dashboard. 

How to order a card in the Wirex iOS and Android application

  • On the Dashboard, tap Order a card.

  •  If you don’t have sufficient balance on your account, you may be asked to complete an initial top-up. The exact amount needed will be displayed in-app. 

  • Confirm your delivery address. 

  • Select the shipping method: free standard delivery (Singpost) or trackable express delivery (DHL). This may not be available in all countries.

  •  Tap Confirm order

  • Your Wirex card is now the way!
