This post is relevant for new and existing Wirex users who wish to top up Wirex card with alternative payment methods such as PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, MisterCash, Alipay, eKonto, EuTeller, iDeal, P24, Qiwi and Sporopay.
If you have attempted to top up your Wirex card with any of the above services, and find that your money did not arrive, it is due to unverified account status.Once you perform verification (here’s how), the funds will be deposited automatically.
If you are unable to verify your Wirex account for any reason, you can reverse the funds transfer by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will be able to refund your money upon request. However, your card and account will be permanently blocked after the transaction is complete. This action is in place as Wirex practices strict KYC/AML guidelines.
Note that you can still create a new Wirex account with a new email address. Unverified accounts can top up Wirex cards with bitcoin and altcoins.
If you are verified and have sent over the maximum limit (over $500) via any of the above services, the sum will be split and deposited into your account over the next few days. You can check the maximum limit for USD, GBP and EUR deposits from this link.
If you believe that your money did not arrive due to other reasons, please contact our friendly Support Team by writing an email to email@example.com or submitting a ticket from the Wirex app.
