The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the Zero fees on card top-up promotion (the “Promotion”) which is offered by Wirex Digital Services.
Definitions
“Purchase Reward” means a 0% fee on Qualifying Transactions.
“Working Day” means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and any public holidays when the banks of England are closed for business.
Timescale
1. The Promotion will run from 2:00pm (GMT) on 21st June 2024 until 23.59pm on 31st July 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
This Promotion is only open to Users of the Wirex platform (as defined by the applicable Wirex General Terms & Conditions: https://wirexapp.com/legal (“Eligible Participants”) and citizens of one of the following countries:

For the avoidance of doubt, no other Users of the Wirex platform are eligible for this Promotion.
Qualifying Transaction
2. The Promotion applies to Eligible Participants who make the following in the Wirex-app during the Promotion Period:
- purchase of any cryptocurrency available in the Wirex App using your local debit or credit card linked to your Wirex account.
3. Eligible Participants who make a Qualifying Transaction prior to or after the Promotion Period will not be qualify for this Promotion.
Purchase Reward
4. The fee will be reduced to 1% on direct purchases of crypto, with debit/credit for Eligible Participants.
5. Users will be entitled to complete as many Qualifying Transactions as they choose during the Promotion Period.
General
6. Wirex reserves the right to amend or cancel the Purchase Reward at any time without prior notice.
7. Wirex retains the right to amend the promotion or disqualify participants if any fraudulent or inappropriate activities are suspected.
8. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex Users, Eligible Participants, Qualifying Participants or any other third parties for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation in this Promotion.
9. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to Wirex Users, Eligible Participants, Qualifying Participants or other third parties.
10. This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.
11. The Terms of this Promotion are governed by the laws of England and the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
