Additional information requests explained

If we require additional information, we will usually send an email to your registered email address. It is important to respond to these emails as soon as possible, so that we can continue to provide you with uninterrupted service. 

When you receive an email from Wirex asking for additional information, please carefully read through the email and any attached documents. Make sure you understand what information we are requesting, and why we need it. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team. 

In order to ensure the security of your personal information, we ask that you do not send any sensitive information via email. If we require sensitive information, we will provide you with a secure link to upload the information. 

Please note that failure to provide the requested information may result in limitations being placed on your account. This could include restrictions on transactions or even the closure of your account. We understand that this can be inconvenient, which is why we strive to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible.
