An ATM has swallowed my Wirex card

If your Wirex card is swallowed by an ATM, the first thing you should do is freeze your card.

To do this, go to the Wirex app, tap Cards > Freeze Card. You will then be able to order a replacement card by contacting the Wirex support team.

To find out why your card was swallowed, please contact the ATM provider.
