The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Multiply Promotion (the “Promotion”) which is offered by Wirex Digital Services s.r.l., subject to your location and eligibility (referred to as “Wirex”):

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

“APAC” means Hong Kong, Taiwan, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Philippines. Excluding Singapore in the context of these terms.

“EEA” means together with Iceland, Norway, and Liechtenstein except for Belgium.

“Qualifying Coin" means Dogecoin (DOGE ) an open-source, peer-to-peer digital asset.

“RoW” means the locations within the Rest of the World where Wirex offers its services, excluding the UK and the USA.

“USD” means United States Dollar.

“WXT” means the Wirex Token on the Wirex Service
Timescale
1. The Promotion will run from 09:00 GMT on 20th April 2024 until 23:59 GMT on 27th May 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
2. This Promotion is open to Wirex Verified Users within the EEA, APAC and RoW regions. Verified Users are defined by the applicable Wirex Terms and Conditions in the EEA (European Economic Area), Wirex Terms and Conditions in RoW (Reat of the World) Wirex | General Terms of Service (wirexapp.com) and Terms and Conditions in Asia Pacific (APAC) region (“Eligible Participants”). For the avoidance of doubt, no other Users of the (“Eligible Participants”). For the avoidance of doubt, no other Users of the Wirex Platform are eligible to participate in this Promotion. Platform are eligible to participate in this Promotion.
3. The Promotion applies to each Eligible Participant who opens a Multiply for Multiply/Spot trading using Qualifying Coin with a minimum threshold of USD 100 equivalent per one trade. during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Action”).
4. This Promotion is subject to the Multiply Terms and Conditions, please refer to the applicable terms based on your country and region of residence as set out below.

5. Any Eligible Participants who open a Multiply prior to or after the Promotion Period will fall out of scope of this Promotion.
6. This Promotion is not open to users resident in the UK or the US.
Reward
7. Eligible Participants who complete a Qualifying Action will be eligible to receive the Reward (“Qualifying Participants”) subject to exceptions set out in these terms.
8. The Reward is in the amount as further specified in clause 10 below, awarded to Qualifying Participants in form of WXT (the “Reward”).
9. The Reward will be credited to all Eligible Participants who complete a Qualifying Action within the Promotion Period in 30 days from the end of the promotion.
10. The Reward entitlement varies based on the number of separate Multiply transactions opened during the Promotion Period and at the time of completion of the Qualifying Action, as set out below:
Trade Rewards (on the qualifying coin, Multiply/Spot trading with $100 min)
- 1st trade: 2,500 WXT
- 5th trade: 7,500 WXT
- 10th trade: 10,000 WXT
- 20th trade: 15,000 WXT
- Total potential trade rewards per one Eligible Participant: 35,000 WXT.
11. The Reward will be credited to Qualifying Participants’ WXT accounts in 30 days from the end of the promotion. Once a Qualifying Participant has received the Reward in WXT, it can be converted to traditional currency through the Wirex Platform at the Qualifying Participants’ discretion, subject to the current terms of the Wirex services.
12. There is no maximum amount to be distributed to all Qualifying Participants via this Promotion (“Total Reward Value”).
13. Wirex reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time, If Wirex cancels the Promotion, users will be notified of such change.
General
14. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex Users, Eligible Participants or Qualifying Participants for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation in this Promotion.
15. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to any users, Eligible Participants or Qualifying Participants.
16. This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.
17. The Terms of this Promotion are governed by the laws of Croatia and the parties irrevocably agree that the Italian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
