The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the DUO Promotion (the “Promotion”) which is offered by Wirex Digital d.o.o., subject to your location and eligibility (referred to as “Wirex”):
Timescale
1. The Promotion will run from 17:01pm GMT on 7th February 2023 until further notice (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
2. This Promotion is open to Wirex Verified Users who have not opened a DUO with Wirex before OR who have opened maximum 9 DUOs only. Verified Users are users who pass KYC process by the applicable Wirex Terms and Conditions in the EEA (European Economic Area) region and Terms and Conditions in Asia Pacific (APAC) region requirements (“Eligible Participants”). For the avoidance of doubt, no other users of the Wirex Platform are eligible to participate in this Promotion.
3. The Promotion applies to each Eligible Participant who opens a DUO within the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Action”).
4. This Promotion is subject to the DUO Terms and Conditions, please refer to the applicable terms based on your country and region of residence as set out below.

5. Any Eligible Participants who open a DUO prior to or after the Promotion Period will fall out of scope of this Promotion.
Reward
6. Eligible Participants who complete a Qualifying Action will be eligible to receive the Reward (“Qualifying Participants”) subject to exceptions set out in terms above.
7. The Reward constitutes of applicable reward as further specified in term 11 below, awarded to Qualifying Participants in WXT (the “Reward”).
8. The Reward will be automatically credited to all Eligible Participants who complete a Qualifying Action within the Promotion Period.
9. The Reward entitlement varies based on the number of DUOs opened during or before the Promotion Period and at the time of completion of the Qualifying Action. Open 1st DUO action is applicable for users who hasn’t opened any DUO yet. Reach 5 DUOs in total and Open 10 DUOs in total Qualifying Actions will be satisfied when user reaches the relevant number of DUOs in total. Details of rewards and eligibility are as set out below:

10. The Reward will be credited to Qualifying Participants’ WXT accounts automatically during the Promotion Period. Once a Qualifying Participant has received the Reward in WXT, it can be converted to traditional currency through the Wirex Platform at the Qualifying Participants’ discretion.
11. There is no maximum amount to be distributed to all Qualifying Participants, jointly, via this Promotion (“Total Reward Value”). Wirex reserves the right to apply any applicable WXT exchange rate prior or during the Promotion Period.
12. Wirex reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time, whether or not the Total Reward Value has been reached, and to increase or decrease the Total Reward Value at any time. If Wirex cancels the Promotion, users will be notified of such change.
General
13. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex Users, Eligible Participants or Qualifying Participants for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation in this Promotion.
14. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to any users, Eligible Participants or Qualifying Participants.
15. This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.
16. The Terms of this Promotion are governed by the laws of England and the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
