Focus Group June UK Event Terms & Conditions 

The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the Focus Group June UK Event (the “Event”) which is offered by Wirex Limited in the United Kingdom (“UK”) (“Wirex”). 

         Timescale 

1. The Event will run between 12:00pm (BST) and 1:30pm (BST) on 1st June 2021, 2nd June 2021 and 3rd June 2021 (“Event Dates”).
   
   Eligibility 
    
2. This Event is only open to users of the Wirex Service (as defined by the applicable Wirex terms & conditions: https://wirexapp.com/terms-and-policies) resident in the UK (“Eligible Participants”). For the avoidance of doubt, no other Users of the Wirex Service are eligible for this Event. 
3. The Event applies to an Eligible Participant who attends one entire Focus Group session via Zoom on one of the Event Dates (“Qualifying Action”). 
4. Any Eligible Participants who are not selected and/or do not attend one entire Focus Group session will not be counted. 
   
   Rewards 
    
5. The Reward will be credited to all the Eligible Participants who make a Qualifying Action within the Event Dates (“Qualifying Participants”). 
6. Subject to clause 9, the Reward will be paid to Qualifying Participants’ accounts within 30 Working Days of the end of the Event Dates. 
7. Once a Qualifying Participant has received the Reward, it can be converted to traditional fiat currency through the Wirex Service. 
   
   General 
    
8. “GBP” means British pound sterling. 
9. “Reward” means the WXT equivalent to GBP 50 which will be calculated by an exchange rate set by Wirex from time to time in its absolute discretion. UK resident user’s Wirex accounts are currently subject to restrictions preventing the acquisition of additional crypto assets. For the avoidance of doubt, the Reward payment will only be made within 30 Working Days of such restrictions being lifted.  
10. “Working Day” means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and any public holidays when the banks of England are closed for business. 
11. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex Users, Eligible Participants, Qualifying Participants or other third parties for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation or engagement with this Event. 
12. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms, cancel the Reward or terminate this Event at any time without prior notice to Wirex Users, Eligible Participants, Qualifying Participants or other third parties. 
13. This Event is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Event. 
14. The Terms of this Event are governed by the laws of England and the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out of or in connection with this Event.
