3. Can I use cryptocurrencies to pay for my booking?
You can’t pay directly with crypto, but you can use your Wirex card (which supports crypto conversion) to pay seamlessly in fiat.

5. How do I earn Cashback on Wirex Travel?
Simply pay with your Wirex card at checkout. You’ll earn up to 8% Cashback depending on your plan and tier.
6. Is there a mobile app for Wirex Travel?
Wirex Travel is currently accessible via browser only, but it’s fully optimised for mobile devices. We are also working on adding more accessibility soon.
7. I didn’t receive my Cryptoback™. What do I do?
Cryptoback™ rewards may take up to a few minutes to appear in your Wirex account. If it doesn’t show up, please contact Wirex Support.
8. Can I cancel or change a booking?
Cancellation and change policies depend on the hotel you book. Always check the terms and conditions listed during booking.
If your booking is Refundable, you can cancel before the deadline listed on your booking voucher
If you have a Wirex Travel account, you can cancel through your account page
If you booked as a guest, please contact Customer Care in writing via the Wirex Travel Help Centre
9. I accidentally booked the wrong dates. Can I amend or change my booking?
If your booking is refundable, we suggest cancelling and rebooking.
If it’s non-refundable, please contact Wirex Travel’s Customer Care team with your request. they will liaise with the hotel to try and assist, but changes can’t be guaranteed.
10. What is "Run of the House"?
“Run of House” means the hotel will assign you any available room type upon check-in. It's a flexible option best for those who aren’t particular about room specifics.
11. Why has the price changed during the booking process?
Wirex Travel uses dynamic pricing, which allows them to offer highly competitive rates.
While rare, the price may update during your booking. If so, a message will alert you and show the new price.
