You can contact Wirex support through your Wirex app by creating a new ticket or replying to one of your existing ones.

To create a new ticket:

  1. tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner, on the Settings screen, scroll down to the Help section
  2. tap Contact Us 
  3. select the subject of your query 
  4. Submit your ticket

You can also create a new ticket right from the transaction screen: open details for the transaction and tap Contact Support button.

To manage your existing tickets, log in to the web app. Then:

  1. go to Settings > Help.
  2. tap Contact Us > tap the ticket you wish to review.
