I think my account has been hacked. What should I do?

If there’s an unrecognised transaction on your account, please contact us via the in-app chat or email supportescalations@wirexapp.com, where you will be directed to the relevant team. 

Similarly, if you've received a suspicious SMS or email, please inform us straightaway.
