In case you forgot to specify the destination tag/memo for the deposit, please contact our Support Team via the in-app chat. Kindly note, allocation of such transfers require manual actions, hence it might take a while. 

In case you forgot to specify the destination tag/memo for outgoing transfer/payment, receiving end will be able to allocate the transfer for you. 

NOTE: Depending on how many confirmations the recipient's account requires, the funds may take up to 30-60 minutes to arrive.
