The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Weekly Wonder Yields Promotion (the “Promotion”) offered by Wirex Digital d.o.o. and any holding company, subsidiary or entity belonging to the Wirex group of companies providing cryptocurrency services, subject to your location and eligibility (referred to as “Wirex”):
Definitions
For purposes of this Terms, the following shall have the following meanings:
“APAC” means Hong Kong, Taiwan, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Philippines. Excluding Singapore in the context of these terms.
“EEA” means European Economic Area, a free-trade zone, composed of the states of the European Union together with Iceland, Norway, and Liechtenstein except for Belgum.
“USDT” refers to Tether’s Stablecoin.
“KYC” means Know Your Customer, a process of verifying the identity of Wirex users.
“X-Accounts Plus” refers to the premium version of X-Accounts offered by Wirex, which provides higher interest rates compared to X-Accounts Flexible.

The Promotion will run from 15:00 GMT on 29th January 2024 until 11:59 pm GMT on 4th Feb 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility

This Promotion is open to all Wirex Users (as defined by the applicable Wirex terms & conditions: https://wirexapp.com/en/terms-and-policies) who have not opened X-Accounts Plus in USDT This Promotion and are residents in the EEA or APAC regions who have a verified Wirex account (“Eligible Participants” or “Wirex user”). Verified Users are users who have passed the KYC process as per the applicable Wirex Terms and Conditions.

Under this Promotion, Eligible Participants can lock in an increased interest rate of 1% for USDT held in X-Accounts Plus during the Promotion Period.

This Promotion is not open to users resident in countries where Wirex’s services are not available.
Reward

Eligible users who open a USDT X-Account Plus during the Promotion Period will receive an increased interest rate of 1% (up to 16%) on their USDT holdings.

The increased interest rate will be applicable only to X-Accounts Plus and not to X-Accounts Flexible.

Users who open a USDT X-Account Plus during the Promotion Period will continue to enjoy the increased interest rate even after the Promotion Period ends.
General

Wirex reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion at any time.

Wirex will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of participation in this Promotion. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex users, Eligible Participants or other third parties for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation or engagement with this Promotion.

Participation in this Promotion is subject to the Wirex General Terms of Service.

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be processed in accordance with Wirex’s Privacy Policy.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of Croatia and the courts of Croatia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out or in connection with this Promotion unless a directly applicable rule regarding jurisdiction or governing law applies.

This Promotion is separate from other Wirex promotional offers.

Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to Wirex users, Eligible Participants or other third parties.

This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.

By participating in this Promotion each Eligible Participant agrees for its personal information (e.g. username, forename, surname etc) to be visible to other Eligible Participants, when posting comments under Promotion posts on any of the Wirex social media platform(s).
