The most common reasons for not being able to withdraw cash are that you have insufficient funds, you have entered your PIN incorrectly or you have accidentally blocked your card.
You can view your PIN in the Cards section of the Wirex app. If you have entered your PIN incorrectly three times, you will need to contact the Wirex Support Team for assistance.
If your cash was not dispensed but has been debited from your Wirex account, please get in touch with our Support Team. Please note that it may take up to 50 days to receive your refund as we are obliged to give the merchant time to respond.
If the transaction is pending, please wait 7 days before contacting us. The money should be refunded after this period of time.
