The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the Bitcoin Pizza Day (the “Promotion”) which is offered by Wirex Digital d.o.o except for Singapore users for whom it is offered by Wirex Pte Ltd (each separately referred to as “Wirex”):
Timescale
1. This promotion will run from the 10:00 am on May 22nd (BST) until 11:59 pm (BST) on 24th May 2023 or until the moment when 5 Winners will be determined (“Promotion Period”)
Eligibility
2. This Promotion is only open to users of the Wirex Service (as defined by the applicable Wirex terms & conditions: https://wirexapp.com/en/terms-and-policies) resident in the EEA or APAC regions who have a verified Wirex account and have signed up to the Wirex Discord channel and\ or Wirex Social Media Platform Official Account (“Eligible Participants” or “Wirex user”).
3. For the avoidance of doubt, no other users of the Wirex Service are eligible for this Promotion.
Promotion
4. To qualify for the Promotion, Eligible Participants must in
4.1.Wirex Social Media Platform Official Account:
- Like post and follow @wirexapp on Twitter;
- Comment in the dedicated post with "Give me my WXT Pizza".
4.2. Wirex Discord channel:
- Be a verified follower on our Discord channel;
- Comment in the dedicated channel #WXT-Pizza-giveaway with "Give me my WXT Pizza"
5. Wirex will randomly select 5 Eligible Participants on Wirex Social Media Platform Official Account and 5 Eligible Participants on Wirex Discord channel who have completed a Qualifying Task as the winners of this Promotion (the “Winners” each a “Winner”) .
6. The Winners will be contacted by private message from the relevant Wirex Community Team.
7. Once a Winner is contacted by private message from the Wirex Discord channel, they will have to respond to the message confirming their Wirex registered email address within 48 hours to claim their reward (“Winner Confirmation”) or another Winner will be chosen (please note, Wirex will never ask for any other account details via social media/community message).
8. If Winners agree in writing, they will be announced on the Bitcoin Pizza Day in the Wirex Discord channel and Wirex Social Media Platform Official Account.
Reward
9. The Reward will be credited to Winners who complete the Winner Confirmation (“Qualifying Participants”).
10. The Reward will be paid to Qualifying Participants’ accounts within 30 Working Days of the end of the Promotion Period.
11. Once a Qualifying Participant has received the Reward it can be converted to traditional fiat currency through the Wirex Service.
General
12. “APAC region” means Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Philippines.
13. “Qualifying Task” means actions listed in clauses 4.1. and 4.2.
14. “Reward” means the WXT 10 000.
15. “April Fool’s Day quiz Post” means the Wirex quiz post shared via the Wirex Discord channel titled “ April Fool’s Day Quiz”.
16. “Working Days” means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and any public holidays when the banks in Croatia are closed for business.
17. “Wirex Discord channel” means the Wirex community platform which is a space for productive discussion among Wirex members hosted on Discord: https://discord.gg/Hffc7YQHTc
18. Wirex Social Media Platform Official Account means: Twitter: https://www.twitter.com/wirexapp
19. “Wirex Community Team” consists of the following two members of the marketing team: @Ali_Wirex and @ChienChien_Wirex.
20. “WXT” means the Wirex Token on the Wirex Service.
21. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex users, Eligible Participants or other third parties for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation or engagement with this Promotion.
22. The Reward amount may be varied at any time without notice to Eligible Participants, Winners or other third parties.
23.Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to Wirex users, Eligible Participants or other third parties.
24. This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.
