The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Black Friday Warm-Up Promotion (the “Promotion”) which is offered by Wirex Digital Services s.r.l., subject to your location and eligibility (referred to as “Wirex”):
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- “Dashboard” means the visual display of all your data you see when opening the Wirex App.
- “EUR” means Euro.
- “Wirex App” means the Wirex mobile application which allows you to buy, store, exchange and spend a wide variety of traditional and digital currencies.
- “Working Days” means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and any public holidays when the banks of England are closed for business.
- “WXT” means the Wirex Token on the Wirex Service.
Timescale
1. The Promotion will run from 09:01 GMT on 1st October 2025 until 23:59 GMT on 31 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
2. This Promotion is open to individuals who are resident in an EEA country and who:
a. either (i) register for a new Wirex account during the Promotion Period, or (ii) have previously registered for a Wirex account but have not yet ordered a Wirex Debit Card;
b. make a deposit of at least EUR 50 into their Wirex account;
c. order and activate a Wirex Debit Card; and
d. complete a first transaction of at least EUR 50 using their Wirex Debit Card.
Transactions connected with gambling, betting, gaming, or any other restricted merchant category codes will not qualify for the purposes of this Promotion.
Reward
3. Eligible participants who meet the requirements in section 2 will receive a Reward of EUR 40 in WXT.
4. The Reward will be credited to the participant’s Wirex Account in WXT, using the prevailing market rate at the time of crediting, which will be calculated in line with Wirex’s own mechanism for determining market rates.
5. The Reward is limited to one per new customer.
6. The Reward will be credited within 30 calendar days after the Promotion has ended.
General
7. Wirex reserves the right to withhold or remove Rewards in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, multiple account registrations, or breaches of Wirex’s General Terms of Service.
8. Standard fees and charges for using your Wirex account and card still apply. Please refer to our Fees section on our website for more details [add link to Fees section].
9. Wirex reserves the right to amend these Terms or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. Any changes will not affect participants who have already met the eligibility criteria.
10. Subject to applicable law, Wirex shall not, under any circumstances, be liable to compensate participants or any third parties for losses or damages incurred as a result of participation in this Promotion.
11. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Wirex’s liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Wirex will not be responsible for losses outside of its reasonable control.
12. This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and is not in partnership with any merchants or third parties.
13. These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, and participants irrevocably agree that the Italian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion.
