The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Crypto Buy & Earn Promotion (the “Promotion”) offered by Wirex Digital Services s.r.l. (“Wirex”), subject to your location and eligibility.
WXT refers to Wirex's proprietary reward token. WXT may fluctuate in value and is subject to platform-specific terms, including liquidity and exchange limitations.
Timescale
1. The Promotion will run from 09:00 am (GMT) on 23 June 2025 until 23:59 pm (GMT) on 11 July 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
2. This Promotion is open to Wirex Verified Cardholders only, excluding Wirex Private users. This Promotion is not available to Wirex users in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Switzerland, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, or the United States. Verified Cardholders are defined by the applicable Wirex Terms and Conditions in the EEA (European Economic Area) (“Eligible Participants”).
3. This Promotion applies to crypto purchase buys. A “crypto purchase buy” refers to the purchase of eligible cryptocurrencies using fiat currencies (EUR or other supported currencies) via the Wirex platform, excluding stablecoin purchases and 1:1 crypto-to-crypto exchange transactions.
4. To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Participants must complete crypto buy transactions (excluding stablecoins and 1:1 crypto pairings) during the Promotion Period, in accordance with the following structure (“Qualifying Transactions”):

5. Any Eligible Participants who complete a Qualifying Transaction before or after the Promotion Period will fall out of scope.
6. Stablecoins and trades with a 1:1 exchange ratio (e.g., USDC/EURC) are explicitly excluded from this Promotion.
7. Participants who complete a Qualifying Transaction after the maximum allocated promotional rewards pool (“Total Reward Value”) is reached will not be eligible to receive the Reward.
8. The Raffle only applies to users who qualify for tier 3 (please see tiers above)– their details will enter a draw, and a random winner will be selected to receive an additional €50 in WXT. A winner will be selected at random using a secure and verifiable method. This Raffle draw does not constitute a gambling activity. Only 1 raffle entry per user.
Reward
9. Eligible Participants who complete a Qualifying Transaction will be eligible to receive the Reward (“Qualifying Participants”), subject to Terms 5–7.
10. Rewards will be calculated based on the total eligible crypto buy volume during the Promotion Period and will be distributed as follows:
Tier 1: 2% back in WXT (on €100–€499 total crypto buys)
Tier 2: 3% back in WXT (on €500–€999 total crypto buys)
Tier 3: 5% back in WXT + 1 raffle entry (on €1,000+ total crypto buys)
11. Rewards will be credited to Qualifying Participants’ WXT accounts within 28 days after the end of the Promotion Period. WXT may be exchanged for fiat once it meets the minimum exchange threshold via the Wirex platform.
12. The maximum reward per participant is capped at the equivalent of €50 in WXT (“Participant Maximum Reward Value”). Wirex reserves the right to apply the appropriate exchange rate to determine eligibility.
13. Raffle prizes and winners will be announced separately and via email. Only Tier 3 participants will be eligible for the draw.
14. Wirex will only distribute Rewards until the Total Reward Value is exhausted.
15. Wirex reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the Promotion at any time, regardless of whether the Total Reward Value has been reached. Users will be notified of such changes via official Wirex channels.
General
16. Subject to applicable law, Wirex is not liable to compensate users for losses or damages resulting from participation in this Promotion.
17. Wirex may revise these Terms or terminate the Promotion at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
18. Wirex reserves the right to withhold any Reward if a user is suspected of fraud, manipulation or breach of anti-money laundering (AML) or Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.
19. This Promotion is run independently by Wirex and is not associated with any third parties or merchants.
20. All taxes associated with the receipt of Rewards are the sole responsibility of the participant.
21. These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, and the courts of Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any related disputes.
