Curve partnership promotion Terms &Conditions

The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the Curve partnership promotion (the “Promotion”) which is offered by UAB Wirex in the European Economic Area (EEA). 

Definitions 

“EEA” means European Economic Area, a free-trade zone, composed of the states of the European Union together with Iceland, Norway, and Liechtenstein. 

“Working Day” means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and any public holidays when the banks of England are closed for business.  

  
Timescale   

1. The Promotion will run from 2:00pm (GMT) on 29th October 2024 until 23.59pm on 29th November 2024 (“Promotion Period”).  

Eligibility  

2. This Promotion is only open to Users of the Curve platform (as defined by the applicable Wirex Curve General Terms & Conditions: https://curve.com/en-gb/legal/eea-terms/ ) in the EEA. For the avoidance of doubt, no other Users of any other platform are eligible for this Promotion. 

Qualifying Transaction  

3. The Promotion applies to Eligible Participants who make the following in the Wirex-app during the Promotion Period: 

1.  Sign up to Wirex via Curve: https://curve.com/en-gb/wirex  

2. Activate their physical or virtual Wirex card  

4. Eligible Participants who sign up prior to or after the Promotion Period will not be qualify for this Promotion.  

Purchase Reward  

5. Eligible Participants will be credited 15 EUR in WXT, in 30 days from the end of the Promotion. 

6. Users will be entitled to one reward per user during the Promotion. 

General   

7. Wirex reserves the right to amend or cancel the Reward at any time without prior notice. 

8. Wirex retains the right to amend the promotion or disqualify participants if any fraudulent or inappropriate activities are suspected.  

9. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex Users, Eligible Participants, Qualifying Participants or any other third parties for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation in this Promotion.   

10. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to Wirex Users, Eligible Participants, Qualifying Participants or other third parties.  

11. This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.   

12. The Terms of this Promotion are governed by the laws of England and the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
