These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the eCash & Wirex #2 Giveaway (the "Promotion"), offered by Wirex Digital d.o.o in partnership with eCash (collectively referred to as “Wirex”):
Definitions
“APAC” means Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Philippines.
“eCash” means eCash (XEC) coin is the rebranded version of Bitcoin Cash ABC (BCHA).
“EEA” means European Economic Area, a free-trade zone, composed of the states of the European Union together with Iceland, Norway, and Liechtenstein.
"Eligible Participants" refers to individuals who are Wirex users and meet the requirements outlined in the Eligibility section of this Agreement.
“Giveaway Tweet” means the tweet from the official Wirex Twitter account explaining the instructions of the second eCash & Wirex giveaway. Including time restrictions and the criteria to participate in the competition.
"Promotion Criteria" denotes the conditions that must be satisfied for eligibility in the Promotion, as detailed in this Agreement.
“Working Days” means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and any public holidays when the banks of England are closed for business.

The giveaway will run from 21st December 2023, 3:00 PM CET until 25th December 2023, 3 PM CET (Promotion Period).
Eligibility

This Promotion is accessible to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Reside in the EEA or APAC, in a jurisdiction where participation is legally permitted. This Promotion is not open to user's resident in the UK & USA.
- Are at least 18 years of age.
- Adhere to all relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Have a verified Wirex customer account.
Participation Requirements

To qualify for the giveaway, Eligible Participants must satisfy the following prerequisites:
- Follow Wirex’s official Twitter account and eCash’s official Twitter account.
- Like & retweet the Giveaway Tweet
- Respond to the Giveaway Tweet with their response to the instructions provided in the Giveaway Tweet.
Reward

The reward will be credited to five Eligible Participants who have met the Participation Requirements and selected by Wirex at its sole discretion (Winner).

Each Winner will be contacted via the official Wirex Twitter account and asked to provide the details of their verified Wirex account to which the reward can be sent.

Each Winner will receive a reward of $100 worth of eCash ($XEC) in their Wirex account within 30 Working Days after the end of the Promotion Period.

Wirex’s decision regarding the distribution of the Reward is made at its sole discretion, and they reserve the right to alter their decision at any time.
General

Wirex’s verdict on the allocation of rewards is definitive and is made at its exclusive discretion.

Wirex retains the right to amend the promotion or disqualify participants if any fraudulent or inappropriate activities are suspected.

Wirex disclaims liability for any losses or damages resulting from participation in this Promotion.

Wirex reserves the prerogative to amend these Terms or terminate the Promotion without prior notice.

Subject to applicable law, Wirex shall not, under any circumstances, be liable to compensate Wirex users or any other third parties for losses or damages incurred as a result of their participation in this Promotion.

The Terms of this Promotion are governed by the laws of Croatia, and the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Croatia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle, and/or determine any dispute, controversy, or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy, or claim) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.

By participating in this Giveaway each Eligible Participant agrees for its personal information (e.g. username, forename, surname etc) to be visible to other Eligible Participants, when posting comments under Giveaway posts on any of Wirex’s social media platform(s).

These Terms constitute the comprehensive agreement between participants and Wirex concerning the subject matter herein, superseding all previous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether documented or verbal.
