These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the eCash & Wirex Card Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), offered by Wirex Digital d.o.o (“the Organizer”) in partnership with eCash ( “the Sponsor”):
Definitions
“APAC” means Hong Kong, Taiwan, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Philippines.
“EEA” means European Economic Area, a free-trade zone, composed of the states of the European Union together with Iceland, Norway, and Liechtenstein.
"Eligible Participants" refers to individuals who are successfully verified Wirex users and meet the requirements outlined in the Eligibility section of this Agreement.
“eCash” means eCash (XEC) coin is the rebranded version of Bitcoin Cash ABC (BCHA).
"Giveaway Criteria" denotes the conditions that must be satisfied for eligibility in the Giveaway, as detailed in this Agreement.
Timescale
1. The giveaway will run from 11th December 2023, 4 PM CET until 20th December 2023, 4 PM CET.
Eligibility
2. This Giveaway is accessible to individuals who meet the following criteria:

Reside in the EEA or APAC, in a jurisdiction where participation is legally permitted.

Are at least 18 years of age. This Giveaway is not open to users resident in the UK, Singapore & USA.

Adhere to all relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Participation Requirements
3. To qualify for the giveaway, Eligible Participants must satisfy all of the following prerequisites:

Cumulatively spend $50 in eCash using their Wirex card between 11th December and 22nd December.

Follow both Wirex’s and eCash’s official Twitter accounts.

Like and Retweet the giveaway tweet related to this Giveaway.
Reward
4. The Reward will be credited to the Eligible Participant selected by the Organizers who have met the Participation Requirements.
5. The winner chosen by the Organizer will be contacted via Twitter and asked to provide a Wirex account e-mail address to which the reward can be sent.
6. The Eligible Participant will receive the Reward in their account within 30 days after the end of the giveaway period.
7. 1 Eligible Participant who successfully completes all of the participation requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms and Conditions will be randomly selected. The selected Eligible Participant shall be eligible to receive a reward of $500 worth of eCash.
8. The Organizer ' s decision regarding the distribution of the Reward is made at their sole discretion, and they reserve the right to alter their decision at any time.
General
9. The Organizer ' s verdict on the allocation of rewards is definitive and is made at their exclusive discretion.
10. The Organizer retain the right to amend the Giveaway or disqualify participants if any fraudulent or inappropriate activities are suspected.
11. The Organizer and Sponsor disclaim liability for any losses or damages resulting from participation in this Giveaway.
12. The Organizer reserve the prerogative to amend these Terms or terminate the Giveaway without prior notice.
13. These Terms constitute the comprehensive agreement between participants and the Organizer concerning the subject matter herein, superseding all previous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether documented or verbal.
14. The Terms of this Giveaway are governed by the laws of Croatia and the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Croatia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out or in connection with this Giveaway unless an directly applicable rule regarding jurisdiction or governing law applies.
15. By participating in this Giveaway each Eligible Participant agrees for its personal information (e.g. username, forename, surname etc) to be visible to other Eligible Participants, when posting comments under Giveaway posts on any of the Wirex social media platform(s).
16. Wirex will only process personal information collected or received in connection with the Giveaway as set out in its Privacy, Data Use and Retention Policy, which is available on by clicking the following link: https://wirexapp.com/legal/row-privacy-data-retention .
17. This Giveaway is launched by Wirex independently with the attraction of the Sponsor and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Giveaway.
