The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the Happy Friday Trading Promotion (the “Promotion”) which is offered by Wirex Digital D.o.o. except for Singapore users for whom it is offered by Wirex Pte Ltd (each separately referred to as “Wirex”):
Timescale
1. This Promotion will run from 00:00 (GMT+8) on 30th June 2023 until 23:59 (GMT+8) on 30th July 2023 (“Promotion Period”)
Eligibility
2. This Promotion is only open to users of the Wirex Service (as defined by the applicable Wirex terms & conditions: https://wirexapp.com/en/terms-and-policies) residents in APAC region who have a verified Wirex account (“Eligible Participants”).
3. For the avoidance of doubt, no other users of the Wirex Service are eligible for this Promotion.
Promotion
4. To qualify for the Promotion, Eligible Participants must:
sign in Wirex application and perform in such application exchange transaction with a minimum exchange/buying value of USD 50.00 and with using of the following cryptocurrency pairs: BTC – stablecoin and BTC – traditional currency during Promotion Period (“Qualifying Task”). Under traditional currency means: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, CZK, CHF, JPY, MXN, NZD, HKD, AUD, SGDD and under stablecoin means the following ones: DAI, XSGD, USDC, USDT, USDP, TUSD, EURS, EURT, TGBP, BRZ, NXUSD, BUSD, PAXG, EUROC, USDD, GUSD, TAUD. The fee for the above transactions will be reduced up to 80 % within Promotion Period. Provided that any other fees will still apply at the same volumes.
General
5. “APAC region” means Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Philippines.
6. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex users, Eligible Participants or other third parties for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation or engagement with this Promotion.
7. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to Wirex users, Eligible Participants or other third parties.
8. This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.
