Troubleshooting: I didn’t receive an account activation email

If you've signed up for a Wirex account and haven't received an activation email, there could be several reasons why. In this article, we'll go over some common issues and offer troubleshooting tips to help you resolve the problem. 

Check your spam or junk folder 

The first thing to do is to check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, activation emails can end up there instead of your inbox. If you find the email in your spam folder, mark it as "not spam" to ensure future emails from Wirex make it to your inbox. 

Wait a few minutes 

It's possible that the activation email is delayed. It can take a few minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox, depending on your email service provider. Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox to see if the email has arrived. 

Double-check your email address 

Make sure that you entered the correct email address when signing up for your Wirex account. If you entered an incorrect email address, you won't receive the activation email. Log in to your Wirex account and check your email address in your account settings. 

Request another activation email 

If you still haven't received the activation email after checking your spam folder, waiting a few minutes, and verifying your email address, try requesting another activation email. To do this, log in to your Wirex account and click on the "Resend Activation Email" button. 

Contact Customer Support
