The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the Videos & Influencers competition (the “Campaign”) which is offered by Wirex Digital d.o.o except for Singapore users for whom it is offered by Wirex Pte Ltd (each separately referred to as “Wirex”):
Timescale
1. This promotion consist of two stages and will run from the 10:00 am on June 13th (BST) until 11:59 pm (BST) on June 27th 2023 (“Promotion Period”)
Eligibility
2. This Promotion is only open to users of the Wirex Service (as defined by the applicable Wirex terms & conditions: https://wirexapp.com/en/terms-and-policies) resident in the EEA or APAC regions who have a verified Wirex account (“Eligible Participants” or “Wirex user”).
3. For the avoidance of doubt, no other users of the Wirex Service are eligible for this Campaign.
Promotion
4. The Promotion consist of two stages.
4.1. At the first stage to qualify for the Campaign, Eligible Participants must
Fill out type form https://wirex.typeform.com/to/G74i4Qu2 ) untill 11:59 (BST) June 16th 2023.
After that Wirex will randomly select 50 Eligible Participants who have completed a Qualifying Task at the first stage.
4.2. At the second stage to qualify for the Promotion, Eligible Participants selected by Wirex must
- Receive social@wirexapp.com email with a full brief of requirements, such as video dimensions, duration, content.
- Take video(s) with Wirex Card which have to meet the above-mentioned requirements. The maximum quantity of video accepted from one Eligible participant is 2 (two).
- Send files via WeTransfer to social@wirexapp.com from 10:00 (BST) June 21st untill 11:59 (BST) June 27th 2023.
- After that Wirex will select Eligible Participants who have completed a Qualifying Task as the winners of this Promotion (the “Winners” each a “Winner”).
- The Winners will be contacted by private message from the relevant Wirex Community Team.
- Once Winners are contacted by private message from the Wirex Discord channel, they will have to respond to the message confirming their Wirex registered email address within 48 hours to claim their reward (“Winner Confirmation”) or another Winner will be chosen (please note, Wirex will never ask for any other account details via social media/community message).
Reward
8. The Reward will be credited to Winners who complete the Winner Confirmation (“Qualifying Participants”).
9. The Reward will be paid to Qualifying Participants’ accounts within 30 Working Days of the end of the Promotion Period.
10. Once a Qualifying Participant has received the Reward it can be converted to traditional fiat currency through the Wirex Service.
General
11. “APAC region” means Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Philippines.
12. “Qualifying Task” means actions listed in clause 4.
13. “Reward” means the WXT equivalent to USD 10 which will be calculated by an exchange rate set by Wirex from time to time in its absolute discretion.
14. “Working Days” means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and any public holidays when the banks in Croatia are closed for business.
15. “Wirex Community Team” consists of the following two members of the marketing team: @Ali_Wirex and @ChienChien_Wirex.
16. “WXT” means the Wirex Token on the Wirex Service.
17. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex users, Eligible Participants or other third parties for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation or engagement with this Campaign.
18. The Reward amount may be varied at any time without notice to Eligible Participants, Winners or other third parties.
19. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Campaign at any time without prior notice to Wirex users, Eligible Participants or other third parties.
20. This Campaign is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Campaign.
