The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the Verification Promotion (the “Promotion”) which is offered by Wirex Pte Ltd in the APAC region and Wirex Digital D.o.o. in the EEA and Wirex Limited in UK (each separately referred to as “Wirex”):
Timescale
1. The Promotion starts on ___ 20th June 2023 - 00:01AM GMT and closes on 31st July 2023 11.59PM GMT (the “Promotion Duration”).
Eligibility
2. The Promotion applies to EEA & APAC and UK users who (i) received invitation letter from Wirex to pass new verification and (ii) sucsefully verified Wirex account within this Promotion Duration only (“Eligible Participants”).
3. The Promotion applies to an Eligible Participant who first time deposits any type of currency onto his\her Wirex Account with a minimum exchange/buying value of USD 50.00 within the Promotion Duration(“Qualifying Transaction”).
4. Any Eligible Participants who make their Qualifying Transaction prior to or after the Promotion Period will not be counted.
5. Any Eligible Participants who make their Qualifying Transaction after the Total Reward Value has been reached will not be counted.
Reward
6. A USD 5 reward equivalent paid in WXT (the “Reward”) will be credited to the Eligible Participants who make a Qualifying Transaction within the Promotion Period based on date and time of transaction (“Qualifying Participants”).
7. The Reward will be paid to Qualifying Participants’ accounts within 5 days of the end of the Promotion Period. Once a Qualifying Participant has received the Reward, it can be converted to traditional fiat currency through the Wirex platform.
8. The maximum amount of WXT to be distributed via this Promotion is the WXT equivalent of USD 5 (“Total Reward Value”).
9. Wirex will only distribute Rewards to Qualifying Participants up to the Total Reward Value and reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time, whether or not the Total Reward Value has been reached.
General
10. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex Users, Eligible Participants, Qualifying Participants or other third parties for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation or engagement with this Promotion.
11. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to Wirex Users, Eligible Participants, Qualifying Participants or other third parties.
12. This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.
13. The Terms of this Promotion are governed by the laws of England and the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
