These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Wirex & COCA Wallet Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), offered by Wirex Digital d.o.o (the “Organizer”) in partnership with COCA Wallet.
Definitions
"Eligible Participants" refers to individuals who are successfully verified Wirex users and meet the requirements outlined in the Eligibility section of this Agreement.
“Giveaway Tweet” means the tweet from the official Wirex Twitter account explaining the instructions of the second eCash & Wirex giveaway. Including time restrictions and the criteria to participate in the competition.
"$WXT" refers to the native digital currency of the Wirex platform.
Timescale

The Giveaway will run from 11th January, 15:00 PM CET until 17th January 2024, 11:59 PM CET (Promotion Period).
Eligibility

This Giveaway is accessible to individuals who meet the following criteria:

Are at least 18 years of age and reside in jurisdictions where participation is legally permitted. This Giveaway is not open to users resident in countries where such promotions are prohibited.

Adhere to all relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Have a verified Wirex customer account.

Have a COCA wallet.
Participation Requirements

To qualify for the giveaway, Eligible Participants must satisfy the following prerequisites:

Fund their COCA Wallet with a minimum of $50 in $WXT currency from their verified Wirex customer account.

Follow both @wirexapp and @coca_wallet on X (formerly known as Twitter).

Like and Retweet the Giveaway Tweet related to this Promotion.
Reward

The Reward will be credited to the Eligible Participant selected by the Organizer who has met the Participation Requirements (Winner).

The Winner will be contacted via Twitter and asked to provide a Wirex account email address to which the reward can be sent.

The Winner will receive $500 in $WXT in their account within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period.

Only one Eligible Participant who successfully completes all the Participation Requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms and Conditions will be randomly selected as the Winner.

The Organizer's decision regarding the distribution of the Reward is final and made at their sole discretion, with the right to alter their decision at any time.
General

The Organizer's verdict on the allocation of rewards is definitive.

The Organizer retains the right to amend the Giveaway or disqualify participants if any fraudulent or inappropriate activities are suspected.

The Organizer and Sponsor disclaim liability for any losses or damages resulting from participation in this Giveaway.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms or terminate the Giveaway without prior notice.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between participants and the Organizer regarding this Giveaway.

The Terms of this Giveaway are governed by the laws of Croatia, and the courts of Croatia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Giveaway.

By participating, each Eligible Participant consents to their personal information being visible to other participants when posting comments under Giveaway posts on Wirex social media platforms.

Wirex will process personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway as set out in its Privacy, Data Use, and Retention Policy, available at Wirex Privacy Policy.
