These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Wirex & WPay Network Valentine's Day Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), presented by Wirex Digital Service s.r.l. (the “Organizer”) to mark the early access launch of WPay, a decentralized payment solution.
Definitions
“APAC” encompasses Hong Kong, Taiwan, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Philippines, excluding Singapore for the purposes of these terms.
“EEA” refers to the European Economic Area, a trade zone comprising the European Union states, Iceland, Norway, and Liechtenstein, excluding Belgium in these terms.
"Eligible Participants" are individuals who follow the official Wirex Twitter account and meet the criteria set forth in the Eligibility section of this Agreement.
“Giveaway Post” is the official Wirex Twitter account post announcing the Giveaway, including participation instructions, time limits, and eligibility requirements.
"$WXT" is the native digital currency of the Wirex platform.

The Giveaway will take place from 14th February, 15:00 UTC to 18th February 2024, 23:59 UTC (Giveaway Period).
Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who:

Are at least 18 years old and reside in jurisdictions where such participation is legal. This Giveaway is not available to residents of countries where such promotions\giweaways are forbidden.

Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Reside in the EEA or APAC and have a verified Wirex account.
Participation Requirements

Eligible Participants must fulfill the following to enter the Giveaway:

Follow @wirex_app on Twitter.

Like and Retweet the Giveaway Post associated with this Giveaway.

Comment on the Giveaway Post with a Valentine's Day photo featuring the Wirex card.
Reward

Five Winners will be chosen by the Organizer from those who meet the Participation Requirements.

Each Winner will be notified via Twitter and asked to provide a Wirex account email address where the $50 in $WXT can be deposited.

The $50 in $WXT will be credited to each Winner's account within 30 days following the Giveaway Period's conclusion.

Selection of Winners is at the Organizer's sole discretion, and their decision on Reward distribution is final and subject to change.
General
8. The Organizer's decision on reward allocation is final.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Giveaway or disqualify participants in case of suspected fraud or inappropriate actions.
10. The Organizer is not liable for any losses or damages arising from participation in this Giveaway.
11. The Organizer may amend these Terms or cancel the Giveaway without prior notice.
12. These Terms represent the full agreement between participants and the Organizer concerning this Giveaway.
13. The laws of Croatia govern these Terms, and the Italian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Giveaway.
14. Participation implies consent for an Eligible Participant's personal information to be visible to others when posting comments under Giveaway posts on Wirex's social media platforms.
15. Wirex will process personal data collected during the Giveaway as outlined in its Privacy, Data Use, and Retention Policy, available at the Wirex Privacy Policy.
