These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Wirex $EURS Pin to Win Giveaway (the "Promotion"), offered by Wirex Digital d.o.o (referred to as "Wirex" hereinafter):
Definitions
“EEA” means European Economic Area, a free-trade zone, composed of the states of the European Union together with Iceland, Norway, and Liechtenstein.
"Eligible Participants" refers to individuals who meet the requirements outlined in the Eligibility section of this Agreement.
"Promotion Criteria" denotes the conditions that must be satisfied for eligibility in the Promotion, as detailed in this Agreement,
Timescale
1. The Promotion comprises two phases:
- The initial giveaway will run from 14th of October until 18th October, 2023.
- The second giveaway will run from the 28th of October until 1st ,2023.
Eligibility
2. This Promotion is accessible to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Reside in the EEA a jurisdiction where participation is legally permitted.
- Are at least 18 years of age.
- Adhere to all relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Participation Requirements
3. To qualify for the initial giveaway, Eligible Participants must satisfy the following prerequisites:
a) To enter the Promotion on X (formerly known as Twitter), participants must:
- Follow Wirex’s official X account
- Like & Retweet the giveaway tweet
- Respond to the giveaway tweet with their response to the instructions provided in the giveaway tweet.
b)To enter the Promotion on Facebook, participants must:
- Follow Wirex’s official Facebook page
- Like the giveaway Facebook post
- Respond to the giveaway Facebook post with their response to the instructions provided in the giveaway Facebook post.
4. To qualify for the second giveaway, Eligible Participants must satisfy the following prerequisites:
a) To enter the Promotion on X, participants must:
- Follow Wirex’s official X account
- Retweet the second giveaway tweet
- Respond to the second giveaway tweet with their response to the instructions provided in the giveaway tweet.
b) To enter the Promotion on Instagram, participants must:
- Follow Wirex’s official Instagram account
- Like the giveaway Instagram post
- Respond to the giveaway Instagram post with their response to the instructions provided in the giveaway tweet.
Reward
5. The Reward will be credited to the Eligible Participants selected by Wirex who have met the Participation Requirements.
6. Those chosen by Wirex as winners of the reward will be contacted by Wirex and asked to provide a cryptocurrency wallet address that the reward can be sent to.
7. Eligible Participants will receive the Reward in their accounts within 30 Working Days after the end of the second giveaway period.
8. Eligible Participants who successfully complete any one of the participation requirements set out in Sections 3a),3b),4a) and 4b) of these Terms and Conditions shall be eligible to receive a reward of $20 worth of $EURS tokens.
9. Wirex's decision regarding the distribution of the Reward is made at its sole discretion, and Wirex reserves the right to alter its decision at any time.
General
10. Wirex's verdict on the allocation of rewards is definitive and is made at its exclusive discretion.
11. Wirex retains the right to amend the promotion or disqualify participants if any fraudulent or inappropriate activities are suspected.
12. Wirex disclaims liability for any losses or damages resulting from participation in this Promotion.
13. Wirex reserves the prerogative to amend these Terms or terminate the Promotion without prior notice.
14. These Terms constitute the comprehensive agreement between participants and Wirex concerning the subject matter herein, superseding all previous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether documented or verbal.
