1. Welcome
1.1. The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the Wirex x iPayMy Campaign (the “Promotion”) which is offered by Wirex Pte Ltd for Singapure and Hong Kong; and Wirex Digital D.o.o. for Australia (“Wirex”) in partnership with ipaymy Technologies Pte Ldt (‘iPayMy’).
1.2. By participating in the Promotion, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms, which should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions in Asia Pacific (APAC) region and the ipaymy promotion Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not participate in the Promotion.
1.3. Please read these Terms carefully and make sure you understand and agree to them before any participation in the Promotion.
1.4. This Promotion is open only to users resident in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.
1.5. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
2. Wirex x iPayMy Campaign
2.1.Wirex is running a joint campaign with iPayMy, whereby existing Wirex users can sign up for a personal iPayMy account and earn Rewards after making the requisite Qualifying Transactions, collectively, the ‘Promotion’.
2.2. The Promotion will run from 15th June 2023 to 1st December 2023 (the “Duration”).
2.3. The mechanics for availing the Promotion are as follows:
(i) Wirex users will need to sign-up for a personal iPayMy account and link their Wirex card to iPayMy account in order to make bank transactions (‘Initial Action’).
(ii) Following completion of the Initial Action, users will then need to make the relevant Qualifying Transactions with WIREX Visa Card to avail the applicable Rewards.
2.4. In order to avail the relevant Rewards set out at clause 2.5 the user must successfully complete the following steps: to use his\her personal iPayMy account to make any eligible e-commerce transactions or point of sale (‘POS’) transactions with recipients/merchants anywhere in the world where Visa cards are accepted (‘Qualifying Transactions’) provided that such transactions have been successfully authorised by Wirex (‘Successful Execution’). For the avoidance of doubt, if there is no Successful Execution of Qualifying Transactions, the user will not be able to avail the Reward set out in the Clause 2.5.
2.5. For Successful Execution of Qualifying Transactions, the users will be awarded with the Following Rewards:
(i) for Standard and Premium WIREX user’s subscription plans amount of Cryptoback percentage is 3%
(ii) for WIREX user’s residing in Australia with International Issued Cards:
- First payment up to AUD 10,000.00 will be free of charge with using an exclusive promo code ‘IPMWIREX’;
- Qualifying Transactions will be charged at low rate of 2.85% for the cards issued before March 6th 2023 and ______ for the cards issued after 6th March 2023.
(iii) for WIREX user’s residing in Singapore with Domestic Issued Card:
- one-off Qualifying Transactions (payments) will be charged at low rate of will be charged at low rate of 1.99%;
- recurring Qualifying Transactions (payments) (minimum 3 in a series) will be charged at low rate of 1.65%;
(iv) for WIREX user’s residing in Hong Kong with International Issued Card:
- Qualifying Transactions will be charged at low rate of 2.6%.
3. Eligibility matters
3.1. To be an eligible participant of the Promotion, the user must be a verified Wirex user with a WXT account, and is in compliance with the relevant Terms & Conditions set out by Wirex for its users.
4. Crediting Rewards
4.1. All Rewards set out at Clause 2.5 will be credited to all eligible users’ accounts within 24 hours after the Successful Execution of Qualifying Transactions.
5. Important Limitations
5.1. Subject to the limitations set out at Clause 5 of these Terms, the relevant Rewards are as follows:
a. Max Cryptoback amount per transaction:
- Standard: 1000 WXT;
- Premium: 5000 WXT;
- Elite: 15000 WXT
b. Max Cryptoback amount within 1 (one) month:
- Standard: 10000 WXT;
- Premium: 50000 WXT;
- Elite: 150000 WXT.
c. No minimum sum of Cryptoback is applied to.
5.2. The Cryptoback™ Rewards referred to at Clause 2.5 (I) will be paid in WXT.
6. Tax
6.1. WXT may be subject to tax in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for paying any tax due on any WXT you hold in your Wirex account. You should seek professional advice if you are unsure about whether you need to pay any tax and/ or how much tax you need to pay. Wirex will not be responsible to you for any amounts you are required to pay in tax or any penalties you face in connection with your purchase or receipt of WXT.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Wirex reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Promotion with or without prior notice.
7.2. We may also modify or discontinue the Promotion on reasonable notice to you. If we discontinue the Promotion, we will, subject to this paragraph 7.2, honour any Promotion benefits for which you became eligible prior to 11:59 pm UK time on the last date of the Promotion being available.
7.3. Wirex accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by you as a result of participating in the Promotion or accepting or using any benefits provided by the Promotion, including (but not limited to) any loss resulting from the following:
- any postponement or cancellation of the benefits attached to the Promotion, or any delay in crediting any WXT to your Wirex Profile;
- any alteration, unauthorised access, damage, late delivery or non-delivery of any notices, acceptances, requests or other documents related to the Promotion;
- any damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from availing the Promotion;
- any act or default of any third party supplier or any of our Partner Platforms.
7.4. The Promotion is launched by Wirex in collaboration with iPayMy. No other partnerships have been formed between Wirex and any of the merchants referred to for the purposes of this Promotion.
7.5. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude the liability of Wirex for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence, or any other matter for which the law does not allow us to exclude or limit our liability.
7.5. Wirex will not be responsible for any losses incurred while trading, holding cryptocurrency or lost opportunity to earn through alternative cryptocurrency holdings for any cause. There are risks associated with trading, and the customer participates in the Promotion at their own discretion, whilst acknowledging awareness, understanding and acceptance of those risks, as set out in our General Terms & Conditions.

9. General
9.1. We intend to rely on these Terms as setting out the written terms of our agreement with you for your availing of the benefits attached to this Promotion. If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, then the remainder of the Terms will still apply to our relationship.

9.3. The Promotion in Singapore and Hong Kong will be governed by Singapore law. The promotion in Australia will be governed by Croatian law. The Singapore courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to the Promotion in Singapore and Hong Kong and Croatian courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to the Promotion in Australia. This does not affect any rights you may have under the law of the country in which you are resident, including (where applicable) your right to have a dispute in relation to the Promotion heard in the courts of that country.
