The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the WirexGo Contest (the “Promotion”) which is offered by Wirex Digital d.o.o except for Singapore users for whom it is offered by Wirex Pte Ltd (each separately referred to as “Wirex”):
Definitions
“APAC” means Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Philippines.
“EEA” means European Economic Area, a free-trade zone, composed of the states of the European Union together with Iceland, Norway, and Liechtenstein.
“Eligible Participants” means individuals who meet the requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement.
“Promotion Criteria” means the conditions that must be fulfilled, as specified in this Agreement, for eligibility in the Promotion.
“Working Days” means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and any public holidays.
“Wirex Discord Channel” means the Wirex community Discord channel, accessible at https://discord.gg/Hffc7YQHTc
“Wirex Social Media Official Account” means the Wirex Official Twitter account, accessible at https://www.twitter.com/wirexapp
“WXT” means the Wirex Token on the Wirex Service.
Timescale
1. This Promotion will run from 19th September until 3rd of October 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
2. This Promotion is exclusively open to users of the Wirex Service (as defined by the applicable Wirex terms & conditions: https://wirexapp.com/en/terms-and-policies) who;
a) reside in the EEA or APAC regions, and;
b) have a verified Wirex account, and;
c) have registered on the Wirex Discord Channel, or;
d)have followed Wirex on the Wirex Social Media Official Account (referred to as “Eligible Participants” or “Wirex Users”).
Promotion
3. To qualify for the Promotion, Eligible Participants must successfully complete all the tasks listed on the TaskOn website (https://taskon.xyz/explore) (Promotion Criteria).
4. Wirex will select 100 Eligible Participants who have satisfied the Promotion Criteria as the winners of this Promotion.
5. The Reward will be sent automatically to the address associated with the Eligible Participant’s Wirex verified account.
Reward
6. The Reward will be credited to the Eligible Participants selected by Wirex who have met the Promotion Criteria.
7. Eligible Participants will receive the Reward in their accounts within 30 Working Days after the Promotion Period concludes.
8. Once an Eligible Participant receives the Reward, it can be converted to traditional fiat currency through the Wirex Service.
9. The Reward for Eligible Participants who have satisfied the Promotion Criteria and selected by Wirex as winners of the Promotion are as follows:

10. Wirex's decision regarding the distribution of the Reward is made at its sole discretion, and Wirex reserves the right to alter its decision at any time.
General
11. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex users, Eligible Participants or other third parties for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation or engagement with this Promotion.
12. The Reward amount may be varied at any time without notice to Eligible Participants, Winners or other third parties.
13. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to Wirex users, Eligible Participants or other third parties.
14. This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.
15. This clause constitutes the entire agreement between the participants and Wirex concerning the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
