If you forgot your Wirex card's PIN, please follow the steps below.

Important: While changing your PIN, please make sure it is not visible to unauthorized people.

In the Wirex Web application

1. On the Dashboard, click on the Card details.  

2. On the Card screen, click Change PIN.

3. Enter the three-digit CVV2 code (embossed on the back of your Wirex card).

4. Enter your new PIN.

5. Click Confirm.

In the Wirex iOS and Android applications

1. On the Dashboard select your Wirex Card.

2. Tap Change PIN. 

3. Enter the three-digit CVV2 code for your Wirex card (embossed on the back of your Wirex card).

4. Enter your new PIN and save the changes.
