How do I freeze my card?

If you think your card has been compromised, lost or stolen, you can freeze your Wirex card. Here’s how: 

  • Log in to your Wirex account > click on the affected card. 

  • Click Freeze Card > Confirm. 

You will get a notification once your card has been successfully frozen. After that, you will no longer be able to make any transactions with it. 

If you accidentally freeze your card, you can easily unfreeze it on the same screen by clicking Unfreeze Card.
