What to do if my card has been compromised

I think my Wirex card has been compromised. What should I do? 

If you think your card has been compromised, lost or stolen, you can block it in two simple steps. 

  1. Login to your Wirex account and click on the card in question 

  1. Click Block Card and then Confirm. 

You will get a notification once your card has been successfully blocked. After that, you will no longer be able to make any transactions with it. 

If you’ve accidentally blocked your card, you can easily unblock it on the same screen, by clicking Unblock Card. 

If you notice any unauthorised transactions, please contact the Wirex Support Team via the in-app chat and we’ll assist you with a refund.
