How to dispute a transaction or purchase?

Please note: some features (such as the Wirex Card) may only be available to residents of certain countries.

If you don't recognize a purchase or transaction, please contact support for assistance as soon as possible. In cases of unauthorised card operations, please block your card immediately via the app.
To be able to dispute a Wirex card transaction, please report it within 100 days from the transaction date.
