The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Black Friday Cashback Rewards Boost Promotion (the “Promotion”) offered by Wirex Limited in the United Kingdom (UK) (referred to as “Wirex”).
Timescale
1. The Promotion will run from 12:00 pm GMT on 25th November 2024 until 23:59 pm (GMT) on 2nd December 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
2. This Promotion is open to UK Wirex Verified Cardholders only. Verified Cardholders are defined by the applicable Wirex Terms and Conditions in the United Kingdom (UK) (“Eligible Participants”). For the avoidance of doubt, no other Users of the Wirex Platform are eligible to participate in this Promotion. This promotion only applies to UK users.
3. This Promotion applies to Wirex Visa card and Wirex Mastercard card (together the “Wirex Card”) purchases.
4. The Promotion applies to each Eligible Participant who completes a Wirex Card transaction online or offline except for ATM withdrawals, subject to no minimum or maximum spend within the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).
5. This Promotion is subject to the X-tras Terms and Conditions, please refer to the applicable terms based on your country and region of residence as set out below.

6. Any Eligible Participants who complete their Qualifying Transaction prior to or after the Promotion Period will fall out of scope of this Promotion.
7. Any Eligible Participants who complete their Qualifying Transaction after the Total Reward Value, as defined below, has been reached, will not be eligible for the Promotion Reward.
Reward
8. Eligible Participants who complete a Qualifying Transaction will be eligible to receive the Reward (“Qualifying Participants”) subject to exceptions set out in terms 6-7 above.
9. The Reward constitutes of an added 2% to the applicable Cashback rewards tier as further specified in term 11 below, awarded to Qualifying Participants in GBP (the “Reward”).
10. The Reward will be automatically credited to all Eligible Participants who complete a Qualifying Transaction within the Promotion Period.
11. The Reward entitlement varies based on the X-tras tier applicable to each Qualifying Participant during the Promotion Period and at the time of completion of the Qualifying Transaction, as set out below:
X-tras Tiers:
Standard: 2% increase Cashback Rewards Entitlement amounting to 2.5% of each transaction for the Entry level and 3% of each transaction for the Enhanced level, awarded in GBP.
Premium: 2% increase Cashback Rewards Entitlement amounting to 3% of each transaction for the Entry level, 4% of each transaction for the Enhanced level, and 5% of each transaction for the Ultimate level, awarded in GBP.
Elite: 2% increase Cashback Rewards Entitlement amounting to 6% of each transaction for the Entry level, 8% of each transaction for the Enhanced level, and 10% of each transaction for the Ultimate level, awarded in GBP.
12. The Reward will be credited to Qualifying Participants’ GBP accounts automatically during the Promotion Period. Once a Qualifying Participant has received the Reward in GBP, it can be converted to other currencies through the Wirex Platform, at the Qualifying Participants’ discretion.
13. The maximum amount to be distributed to each Qualifying Participants, via this Promotion is the equivalent of GBP 250 (“Participant Maximum Reward Value”). Wirex reserves the right to apply any applicable GBP exchange rate prior or during the Promotion Period.
14. Wirex will only distribute Rewards to Qualifying Participants until Total Reward Value is reached.
15. Wirex reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time, whether or not the Total Reward Value has been reached, and to increase or decrease the Total Reward Value at any time. If Wirex cancels the Promotion, users will be notified of such change.
General
16. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex Users, Eligible Participants or Qualifying Participants for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation in this Promotion.
17. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to any users, Eligible Participants or Qualifying Participants.
18. This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.
19. The Terms of this Promotion are governed by the laws of England and the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
