Can I cancel or change a booking?
Cancellation and change policies depend on the hotel you book. Always check the terms and conditions listed during booking.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates. Can I amend or change my booking?
If your booking is refundable, we suggest cancelling and rebooking.
If itâs non-refundable, please contact Wirex Travelâs Customer Care team with your request. they will liaise with the hotel to try and assist, but changes canât be guaranteed.
What is "Run of the House"?
âRun of Houseâ means the hotel will assign you any available room type upon check-in. It's a flexible option best for those who arenât particular about room specifics.
Why has the price changed during the booking process?
