The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Multiply Promotion (the “Promotion”) which is offered by Wirex Digital d.o.o., subject to your location and eligibility (referred to as “Wirex”):
Timescale
1. The Promotion will run from 15:00 GMT on 11th December 2023 until 17:00 GMT on 19th March 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
2. This Promotion is open to Wirex Verified Users within the EEA, the UK and APAC regions. Verified Users are defined by the applicable Wirex Terms and Conditions in the EEA (European Economic Area) region and Terms and Conditions in Asia Pacific (APAC) region (“Eligible Participants”). For the avoidance of doubt, no other Users of the Wirex Platform are eligible to participate in this Promotion.
3. The Promotion applies to each Eligible Participant who opens their first Multiply and up to 5 Multiply within the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Action”).
4. This Promotion is subject to the Multiply Terms and Conditions, please refer to the applicable terms based on your country and region of residence as set out below.

5. Any Eligible Participants who open a Multiply prior to or after the Promotion Period will fall out of scope of this Promotion.
6. This Promotion is not open to users resident in the UK.
Reward
7. Eligible Participants who complete a Qualifying Action will be eligible to receive the Reward (“Qualifying Participants”) subject to exceptions set out in these terms.
8. The Reward is in the amount of WXT in the applicable reward as further specified in term 9 below, awarded to Qualifying Participants in form of WXT (the “Reward”).
9. The Reward will be automatically credited to all Eligible Participants who complete a Qualifying Action within the Promotion Period.
10. The Reward entitlement varies based on the number of separate Multiply transactions opened during the Promotion Period and at the time of completion of the Qualifying Action, as set out below:

11. The Reward will be credited to Qualifying Participants’ WXT accounts automatically, during the Promotion Period once the Qualifying Participant and Qualifying Action has been verified. Once a Qualifying Participant has received the Reward in WXT, it can be converted to traditional currency through the Wirex Platform at the Qualifying Participants’ discretion, subject to the current terms of the Wirex services.
12. There is no maximum amount to be distributed to all Qualifying Participants via this Promotion (“Total Reward Value”).
13. Wirex reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time,. If Wirex cancels the Promotion, users will be notified of such change.
General
14. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex Users, Eligible Participants or Qualifying Participants for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation in this Promotion.
15. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to any users, Eligible Participants or Qualifying Participants.
16. This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.
17. The Terms of this Promotion are governed by the laws of Croatia and the parties irrevocably agree that the Croatian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
