The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Wirex Multiply May Competition (the “Promotion”) which is offered by Wirex Digital d.o.o., subject to your location and eligibility (referred to as “Wirex”):
Timescale
1. The Promotion will run from 12:01 am GMT on 1st May 2023 until 23:59 pm GMT on 31st May 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
2.This Promotion is open to Wirex Verified Users. Verified Users are users who pass KYC process by the applicable Wirex Terms and Conditions in the EEA (European Economic Area) region and Terms and Conditions in Asia Pacific (APAC) region, UK Terms and Conditions or the Rest of the World region Terms and Conditions requirements (“Eligible Participants”). For the avoidance of doubt, no other users of the Wirex Platform are eligible to participate in this Promotion.
3.For the avoidance of doubt, no other users of the Wirex Service are eligible for this Promotion only verified Wirex account holders in the EEA, the UK, RoW and APAC region are eligible to act as participants as part of this Promotion (“Eligible Participants”, “you” or “Participants”).
4. This Promotion is not open to users that are residents in the USA & Singapore.
Reward
The Promotion Reward
5. To be entitled to receive a ticket in the competition, the participant must successfully open a Multiply with a minimum of 500 USD or equivalent in any other currency available on Multiply. Each separate Multiply of $500 (total of input amount x the multiplier) counts as 1 ticket. If you open a Multiply of $1000+, the number of tickets you receive will be calculated by dividing the total Multiply starting value by 500.
6. For the avoidance of doubt, any Successful Participation ticket made before the Promotion Period will not be eligible for the Promotion Reward and will not qualify as a Successful Participation.
7. Wirex will reward the participants with the most tickets and reward the first 3 leaders of the competition as follows:
1st Place: 3000 USD in WXT
2nd Place: 1500 USD in WXT
3rd Place: 500 USD in WXT
8. Every week on Monday (8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th May) at 12.00 pm GMT we will be posting the leaderboard with the top 10 from the week before on Wirex’s Discord channel and on 1st June we will be announcing the overall winners via the same channels.
9. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion Reward will only be awarded in WXT. The WXT amount will be subject to an exchange rate determined by Wirex at Wirex’s sole discretion.
10. The Promotion Reward will be credited to the Participant’s WXT account within 30 Working Days of the end of the Promotion Period.
11. The Promotion Reward can be converted to traditional fiat currency through the Wirex App at the Participant’s sole discretion in accordance to the Wirex App limits for WXT exchange.
12. Wirex reserves the right to amend the Promotion Reward and Total Reward Amount at any time without notice to Wirex Users or any other third parties.
13. We reserve the right not to pay out any Promotion Rewards for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to circumstances where we:
i. are prohibited by applicable law;
ii. are unable to verify your identity in accordance with our Terms;
iii. reasonably suspect that the Wirex account has been created by the User fraudulently or the Wirex account is otherwise in breach of our General Terms of Service;
iv. believe you have breached any provision in these Terms or our General Terms of Service;
v. you have multiple Wirex Profiles.
General
14. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex users, or any other third parties for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation in this Promotion.
15. This Promotion is for individual Users only and cannot be used in connection with any business or advertising affiliate activity. Should Wirex in its absolute discretion consider that a User is using this Promotion in connection with a business or advertising affiliate activity, it can withdraw your right to a Promotion Reward and remove you from the Promotion.
16. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to Wirex users, Participants. By participating in, you agree that receiving Rewards are not guaranteed by Wirex and Reward may not be paid if a change in the Promotion occurs, a limitation applies, or a fraud is detected.
17. Wirex will only process personal information collected or received in connection with the Promotion as set out in its Privacy, Data Use and Retention Policy, which is available on by clicking the following link: https://wirexapp.com/en-gb/privacy-data-retention.
18. This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.
19. The Terms of this Promotion are governed by the laws of England and the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
20. For the avoidance of doubt this Promotion is different to the Wirex “Refer a Friend Programme” terms.
Definitions
21. For purposes of this Terms, the following shall have the following meanings:
“APAC Region” means: Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Philippines, taking into account provisions of clause 4 herein.
“Dashboard” means the visual display of all your data you see when opening the Wirex App.
“USD” means United States Dollar.
“Wirex App” means the Wirex mobile application which allows you to buy, store, exchange and spend a wide variety of traditional and digital currencies.
“Working Days” means Monday to Friday, excluding weekend and any public holidays when the banks of England are closed for business.
“WXT” means the Wirex Token on the Wirex Service
“X-tras” means the Wirex Rewards (as defined by the General Terms and Conditions applicable in your location

Promo FAQ
Q1. Do I have to keep the funds used or earned from Multiply in the wallet until the end of the promo campaign?
A1. No, we never lock your Multiply funds and you can withdraw them at any time.
Q2. Can I use money that is already on my account, or should I withdraw and deposit again to participate?
A2. You can use your existing crypto funds to participate in the promo, or can top up your account if you don’t have enough funds.
Q3. How does this promotion work with Multiply?
A3. In this promotion, we reward one ticket for a total input amount + multiplier that equals $500. For example, that means you can input $100 with a multiplier of x5 or more, or you could input $50 with a multiplier of x10 or more.
You can earn more than 1 ticket from a single Multiply if the value of it is $1000+. The total number of tickets will be calculated by dividing the starting value by 500.
These tickets will be added up over the promotion period until the 31st May 2023, after which the winners will be announced.
Q4. Can I open two Wirex Multiply’s with $250 each, or should it be one Multiply with an input of $500?
A4. Each Wirex Multiply is considered separate, so we will only count Multiply’s that reach the $500 total when taking into account the multiplier used, even if two Multiply’s were opened at the same time.
Q5. Will I get 100 tickets if I open one Multiply deal for $5,000 and an x10 multiplier?
A5. That's correct. You'll get 100 tickets because your volume will be $50,000.
Q6. How long should each Wirex Multiply be active?
A6. Each Multiply should be active for at least 1 minute. Please remember to keep an eye on the market and put in place appropriate Take Profit and Stop Losses.
Q7. If the price of my Multiply grows or falls during the period whilst the Multiply is active, will it change the number of tickets I earn? I.e. if I put $500 worth of BTC into Multiply and the price grows to $900, will I get 3 tickets?
A7: No, we calculate the number of tickets based on the input price at the start of when you open my Multiply.
Q8. What are the exact dates of the promotion?
A8. 12:01am GMT 1st May 2023 until 23:59pm GMT 31st May 2023.
Q9. How can I track how many tickets I have?
A9. We will be announcing the top 10 winners at that point in time every Monday (8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th May). This will be posted on our Discord channel.
Q10. When and where can I see the final results?
A10. The final winners will be announced on our Discord channel on the 1st June.
Prizes details

2. Event winners: The top three winners with the most tickets will be decided and announced the day after the competition ends, on 1st June. The winners will be announced on our Discord channel, where part of their email will be shown to identify the person whilst maintaining privacy. The instructions for how to claim the prizes will be announced within the Discord post.
3. In the case of a draw where multiple participants have the same number of tickets, the participant that reached that number of tickets first will receive the prize.
