I received an email asking for more documents. What does it mean?

Please note: verification procedures may vary for residents of different countries depending on the range of Wirex services provided. 
In case Wirex services are available in your country, you will be asked to submit certain documents for verification via the app.  Additional information may be requested by the relevant department of ours via email.

Sometimes we ask for additional documentation to help us verify your identity. It’s not anything to worry about - we are just being thorough. 
If we need additional verification documents from you, we’ll send you an email and you’ll also see a notification in your Wirex app.
In the email, you’ll find a link to a form which you’ll need to download, fill out, and send back to us. 
These extra checks can take up to three days. After they are complete, we’ll notify you by email and in-app.
