Mastercard debit cards are issued by Transact Payments Malta Limited in the EEA, pursuant to a license from Mastercard International Incorporated. Transact Payments Malta Limited (Company Number: 91879) registered address is Vault 13-15, Valletta Waterfront, Pinto Wharf, Valletta, Malta, FRN 1913. Transact Payments Malta Limited is authorised by the MFSA as an electronic money institution.
Your fiat currency is safeguarded as e-money in accordance with our regulatory obligations. No deposit insurance or protection schemes apply to services provided by UAB Wirex.
Cryptoasset services are not provided by UAB Wirex. Cryptoasset services are provided by Wirex Digital Services S.r.l., whose registered office is in via Larga 15, Milan, Italy, registered as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) at the no. PSV108, of the register kept by the OAM (Organismo Agenti e Mediatori).

If you have not received a satisfactory outcome to your complaint, you may, for general complaints, lodge your complaint with the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform accessible at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, following the elapse of Wirex's stated timeframe. If you're unhappy with our card transaction services and have already contacted our Customer Services team, you can escalate your card related complaint to TPML's Complaints Department by emailing complaints@transactpaymentslimited.com. This escalation process applies specifically to issues concerning the use of Wirex Card. For concerns regarding bank transfers handled by our third-party service provider Modulr and have already contacted our Customer Services team, complaints should be directed to support@modulrfinance.com.
